  • Adult men and women pursuing clinical evaluation and treatment of hormone and metabolic concerns under the care of a licensed physician.

  • No. Hormone biology differs between men and women, and protocols are designed accordingly. Specific clinical offerings will be published prior to enrollment.

  • Koravi operates as a cash-pay clinical practice. This structure allows physicians to allocate adequate time to each member and to prescribe based on clinical judgment. Pricing will be published prior to enrollment.

  • Koravi will begin in a select group of states and expand from there. A current state list will be posted before enrollment opens.

  • Clinical data is handled under HIPAA and stored in systems with appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. The waitlist form collects email only and does not capture protected health information.

  • Every Koravi member works with a licensed physician credentialed in the member’s state of residence. Full clinical team information will be published at launch.

  • In many cases, yes. If recent and sufficiently comprehensive, existing laboratory results may be incorporated in lieu of an initial panel. Your physician will confirm what additional testing, if any, is required during intake.
